  We provide a convenient payment option where you can pay the chauffeur upon drop-off, eliminating the need for an advance payment. If you are pleased with the service provided by the chauffeur, you may choose to offer a tip, although this is not mandatory.
• What is the timeframe for changing or canceling a reservation?
  To cancel a reservation, we require a notice of 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
• Is there an additional fee for luggage transportation?
  It's worth noting that we do not impose any additional fees for luggage transportation.
• Where can I locate the chauffeur at the Airport?
  Upon your arrival, our driver will be waiting for you at the customs exit, holding a company board displaying your name for easy identification.
• Can the shuttle transport me directly to my hotel or terminal?
  We provide private transfer services from point A to point B, according to the destination specified in the reservation form. If you have any changes or additional requests, you may communicate them to the chauffeur for necessary arrangements.
• Is there insurance coverage for the passengers?
