Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Paris Airport Transfer Service ("Service") provided by "Private Taxi Disney Paris" ("us", "we", or "our"). By making a reservation, you ("you" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our Service.

Reservation and Payment

1. To reserve a transfer, Users must provide the following information: name, email address, phone number, flight details, destination, and any special requests.

2. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the transfer.

3. Payment for the Service is due upon reservation. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.

4. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, the price quoted at the time of reservation will be honored.

5. All prices include taxes, tolls, and other fees, unless otherwise specified.

6. The vehicle you receive is subject to availability. Our fleet consists of Mercedes-Benz V Class and Toyota RAV4 vehicles.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Users may cancel their reservation without charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled transfer.

2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the transfer will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

3. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer or in case of no-shows.

4. To cancel a reservation, Users must contact our customer support via email or phone.

Transfer Services

1. We provide one-way and round-trip transfers between Paris airports and specified destinations.

2. Our drivers will meet Users in the airport's arrival area holding a sign with the User's name.

3. Users must provide correct flight details, including flight number, arrival time, and departure time. We are not responsible for delays or missed transfers due to incorrect or incomplete information.

4. We monitor flight statuses and adjust pickup times accordingly. However, we cannot guarantee transfer availability in case of flight delays exceeding two hours.

5. Users are responsible for their luggage. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the transfer.

User Conduct

1. Users must behave responsibly and comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the transfer.

2. Users are responsible for any damage to our vehicles caused by their actions or negligence.

3. Smoking, consuming alcohol, or using illegal substances in our vehicles is strictly prohibited.

4. We reserve the right to refuse service to any User who behaves inappropriately or poses a risk to the safety

Liability

1. We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the use of our Service, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
2. In case of an accident, our liability is limited to the coverage provided by our insurance.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
2. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
3. Your continued use of our Service following the posting of changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law

1. These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
